Responsible for dispatching crews, organizing paperwork, planning crews & loading trucks. Be able to quickly change crews to accommodate jobs for the day. Demonstrate organizational & negotiation skills including the ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks, often with conflicting deadlines. Proven ability to work independently as well as perform as a team member.
Exercise a high degree of discretion, mature judgement & tact in handling issues of a sensitive nature. Advanced knowledge of personal computers & associated software applications including Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Excel & Teams. Exhibits strong leadership, problem solving, planning, team building & project management skills.
Meeting timeline agreements with customer on service, quality & safety.
Assist all major complex work zone designs.
Project management of customer.

- Attend all requested staff meetings
- Enforcing Field Safety Standards
- Strategic Planning on Safety Company Standards
- Planning, Tracking & Reporting monthly for Safety Certification classes & company monthly safety meetings
- Field Problem Solving
- Ensure 10 trucks are out on jobsites year round regardless of season. If these standards are not met, report to corporate all sales measurements, including documentation that has been met to try to recover. Refer to company sales reform to recovery measures.
- Ensure all Emergency call in's are handled quickly and professionally
- Ensure closing management is prepared for closing
- Ensure all Closing Operations are fulfilled & morning management is prepared for dispatch
- Management of all fleet--including but not limited to all measurements of auto repairs, reports & documentation
- Hold all Traffic Control Certifications requested & compensated by company
- Manage & Assist all major & complex traffic control installs, project manage & hold all safety guideline standards state specific
- Valid Drivers License with a history of 3 years clean background to be able to drive company vehicles on company insurance
