Duties and Responsibilities
• Prospect new business daily — calls, emails, and outreach to new accounts within days of identifying them
• Own your pipeline in HubSpot, keeping deal stages, next steps, and probabilities current
• Respond quickly to inbound RFPs and leads
• Travel regularly to properties, connecting personally with key accounts and property teams
• Lead sales and revenue planning calls and drive on-property sales training
• Run a bi-weekly alignment call with the property team, marketing, and revenue management to keep strategy and next steps on track
• Track pick-up, pace, and occupancy trends, and keep rate strategy aligned across accounts
• Report on results — from weekly activity to quarterly business reviews with leadership
Experience, Skills, and Education
• 3–5 years of hospitality experience, with sales experience strongly preferred
• A self-starter who can manage a multi-property pipeline with minimal oversight
• Comfort with regular travel (25–50%), including dedicated travel weeks
• Strong communication skills and a track record of building relationships that close
• CRM experience (HubSpot a plus)
• Based in or willing to be based in Sioux Falls, SD (preferred, not required)
