- Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Manage shifts and schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Help create and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food production and quality control
- Utilize POS system to process orders, handle cash transactions, and generate reports
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as an Shift Leader or in a similar supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and reporting
