Bird Bus Sales is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Auto Biller / Title Clerk to join our growing team. Previous dealership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Experience with Dealertrack, NetSuite, Advectus, and Verifi is a plus, but not required.

Position Responsibilities

· Prepare and process title work for new and used vehicle sales

· Complete vehicle registrations and coordinate DMV scheduling

· Post and maintain DMV transactions accurately

· Maintain accurate inventory records and spreadsheets

· Manage and update the electronic police book through Verifi

· Process manufacturer and factory rebate documentation

· Prepare and organize vehicle deals for final review by the accounting department

· Verify vehicle costs, sales transactions, and supporting documentation

· Ensure compliance with dealership and state requirements

· Provide administrative and clerical support across departments as needed

· Assist with special projects and additional office duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Previous automotive dealership experience preferred but not required

· Experience with Verifi, Dealertrack, NetSuite, or similar dealership software is a plus

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative

· Reliable follow-up and problem-solving abilities

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

· Positive attitude and willingness to assist across multiple departments

· Commitment to personal growth and contributing to company success

Compensation & Benefits

· $23.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

· Monday–Friday schedule (5-day work week)
