Job Summary: Responsible for performing a wide range of general maintenance tasks and grounds keeping duties to ensure the facility and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a blended role combining indoor maintenance work with exterior grounds care, requiring reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Grounds Keeping Duties (Outdoor):
- Maintain landscaped areas, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering
- Clear walkways of debris, leaves, snow, and ice (seasonal)
- Maintain parking lots—sweeping, minor repairs, and trash pickup
- Operate grounds equipment such as mowers, leaf blowers, and snow blowers
- Inspect and maintain outdoor lighting, signage, and fixtures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
