The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for driving the firm’s operational strategy, scalability, and overall business performance. This role oversees all aspects of operations, technology, client experience, and internal infrastructure to support sustainable growth and a high-performing organization.
The COO partners closely with senior leadership to translate strategic vision into actionable plans, ensuring operational excellence across the firm. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in financial services operations, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to lead teams, optimize systems, and scale a wealth management or financial planning firm.
