As the Sales & Community Outreach Manager, you will lead all sales and marketing efforts for the community, serving as a key advocate for prospective residents and their families. This role guides individuals through the discovery and touring process, communicates the value of the community, and collaborates closely with the Executive Director and care teams to ensure a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment that supports strong occupancy and positive first impressions.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Communicate consistently with the Leadership Team regarding marketing initiatives, sales performance, and occupancy trends.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate strategic marketing plans.
• Lead a comprehensive networking and community outreach program to strengthen relationships and drive referrals.
• Track, manage, and nurture all prospects using the sales software to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
• Maintain census levels at or above budgeted occupancy targets.
• Monitor, manage, and optimize the marketing budget.
• Establish, track, and achieve monthly goals for calls, mailings, lead generation, appointments, presentations, and move-ins.
• Build positive, trusted relationships with prospective residents and their families.
• Ensure community and model apartments are clean, inviting, and presentation-ready.
• Support the planning and delivery of in-service training, tours, and presentations.
• Provide staff training on touring techniques and exceptional customer service.
• Prepare weekly written and verbal reports and participate in leadership meetings as needed.
• Oversee and coordinate the new resident move-in process in collaboration with relevant team members.
• Work closely with all members of the Leadership Team to support community goals.
• Participate in outreach events throughout the local community
• Collaborate with sister sites on sales goals and outreach initiatives
