Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of our rental properties, ensuring our units are safe, functional, and welcoming for tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Unit Turnover: Perform painting, drywall patching, and flooring repairs to prepare vacant units for new tenants.
- General Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve daily maintenance tickets efficiently.
- Light Plumbing & Electrical: Handle minor repairs such as unclogging drains, fixing leaking faucets, replacing light fixtures, and swapping outlets.
- Exterior Maintenance: Assist with landscaping duties (mowing, trimming) to maintain curb appeal.
- Seasonal Maintenance: Perform snow removal and plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Communication: Report maintenance issues to management and document completed work clearly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work the required Monday–Friday schedule.
- Experience: Previous experience in painting, drywall, flooring, or general handy-work is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Must be self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required for travel between properties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
