Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Manager role located in Irving, TX. The Service Manager will oversee daily property maintenance operations, ensure excellent service standards, and address property needs efficiently. Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, maintaining inventory, implementing preventative maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Service Manager will also foster positive relationships with residents and contractors, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in property maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- Experience in managing maintenance teams, task delegation, and leadership
