Birchstone Residential is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Sarasota, FL. The Leasing Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, managing lease agreements, facilitating resident retention initiatives, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves overseeing lease administration tasks and maintaining clear and professional communication with residents and team members.
