Birch is an upscale women's apparel boutique located in downtown Portsmouth, N.H. We are noted for our personal service. Our sales associates are well versed in the products we sell and work to tailor their assistance to meet our clients' needs. We strive to create a relaxing and friendly shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have past sales experience, an interest in fashion, a willingness to work with all customers to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
. Welcome/greet all customers
. Assist customers with product detail, sizing, styling
.Facilitate sale at register
. Cross sell products
. Ensure racks are neatly maintained, organized, restocked
. Manage returns of merchandise
. Receive product delivery
Skills:
. Proven work experience sales associate or similar
. Cash register experience
. Willingness to learn e.g. POS system, inventory procedures etc.
. Welcoming, friendly, positive attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
