Schedule: Fridays & Saturdays, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Birch & Willow Spa is a luxury boutique day spa in Branson, Missouri. We are a small, professional and collaborative team focused on creating an enjoyable, welcoming environment for both our guests and employees.
We are looking for a friendly, dependable and professional individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist & Spa Attendant.
This position is approximately 20 hours per week, working Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Applicants must be consistently available for both days.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and provide a welcoming experience from arrival to departure
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with questions
- Schedule, modify and manage spa appointments
- Check guests in and out and properly process payments and cash transactions
- Educate guests on spa services, amenities, products and policies
- Direct guests to the locker room, lounge and other spa areas
- Wash, dry, fold and restock laundry throughout the day
- Keep locker rooms, showers, lounge areas and guest spaces clean and tidy
- Assist with light cleaning and organization throughout the spa
- Communicate effectively with service providers and other team members
- Professionally assist with guest concerns and take initiative when issues arise
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment for guests and employees
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized and self-motivated. You should be comfortable multitasking in a busy environment while maintaining a calm and welcoming presence for our guests.
We are looking for someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative without always needing direction. Attention to detail, dependability and excellent customer service are especially important in this role.
Previous receptionist, hospitality, spa, salon or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
Required Availability:
Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
