POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sous Chef supports kitchen leadership in managing daily culinary operations, overseeing event production, and mentoring kitchen staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise kitchen staff during production and events
- Ensure recipe execution and plating standards
- Assist with inventory and ordering
- Train and mentoring junior cooks
- Coordinate kitchen workflow for large events
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 years professional kitchen experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Catering or banquet experience preferred
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
