Position: Nursing Unit Manager
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Location: Birch Healthcare Center, Rochester, NH
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of nursing staff.
- Coordinate patient care plans and ensure proper implementation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage unit resources and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for both staff and patients.
Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire RN license.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Strong clinical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
