Your Role:
As our Certified Dietary Manager, you will:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all dietary operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead, schedule, and train dietary staff
- Develop and oversee menus in collaboration with the Registered Dietitian
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety
- Partner with nursing and administrative staff to meet resident needs
- Active CDM, CFPP certification required
- 2 years in dietary management, preferably in LTC/SNF
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (CMS, DOH)
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
