Job Description
- Delivery of OT services to students in conjunction with the educational team.
- Collaborate and communicate with staff administrators and parents
- Highly organized
- Provide daily documentation for services and implement plan
- Ability to complete observations, evaluations and present written reports
- Ability to consult with parents and school staff to give suggestions for intervention activities for both home and school
- Ability to recommend and/or design adaptive equipment.
- Location: one building
- IL State License as an OT
- Recent experience as a school based OT
