Are you a high-performing sales professional with a track record in the electron microscopy industry? A global pioneer in advanced scientific instrumentation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand their footprint in the US market!
Location: California (with required regional travel)
Compensation: Base salary open for disuss
What you will do:
- Drive Growth: Achieve regional sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans for key accounts.
- Expand Network: Identify and capture new sales opportunities within elite universities, research institutes, and industrial clients (Semiconductor, Materials Science, Lithium Battery).
- Full Sales Cycle: Lead full-cycle sales from contract negotiation and mitigation of project risks to payment collection.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and competitor landscapes.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5 years of proven sales experience specifically in the Electron Microscopy industry.
- Strong business negotiation skills and logical thinking; able to synthesize customer needs efficiently.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
