About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to own Business-as-Usual (BAU) delivery and small enhancements for our Security Master platform. This role is highly execution focused and will be responsible for managing a large, active backlog, driving prioritization, and ensuring consistent, predictable delivery.
You will partner closely with Operations and Engineering leaders, bringing structure, transparency, and discipline to day-to-day execution while helping reinforce a clear operating model.
You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside around the posted city, within a 50-mile commute. We are unable to support relocation costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of BAU work and small enhancements for the Security Master platform.
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume backlog, ensuring clear sequencing and visibility.
- Lead Agile delivery ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure work is well-defined, achievable, and delivered on time.
- Act as the JIRA subject matter expert, maintaining boards, workflows, epics, stories, and dashboards.
- Ensure backlog hygiene, accurate status tracking, and meaningful reporting for stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Operations and Engineering to align priorities and manage competing demands.
- Support governance, change management, and documentation standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong, hands-on experience with JIRA (backlog management, workflows, reporting).
- Proven ability to manage large backlogs and high-volume BAU delivery.
- Experience running Agile ceremonies and driving delivery discipline.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Security Master, reference data, or data-intensive platforms.
- Background in financial services, capital markets, asset management, or hedge funds.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models within regulated environments.
**The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000**
