Company Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Consultant level consultant with deep expertise in Change Management and Adoption to support high-impact transformation initiatives across life sciences organizations. This role is ideal for candidates coming from Big 4 or top-tier consultancies who want to combine structured change methodologies with hands-on client leadership to drive measurable adoption and sustained business outcomes.
You will lead change and adoption workstreams across digital, data, and operating model transformations, partnering closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and long-term behavioral change. You will also contribute to firm growth through proposal development and thought leadership.
This role will be hybrid based out of NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, or Raleigh. Applicants must reside within reasonable commute distance to one of these major cities. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criterion.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management & Adoption Strategy
- Lead end-to-end change management strategies across transformation initiatives, including digital, data, and process implementations
- Conduct stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations
- Develop and execute communication, engagement, and training strategies to drive adoption
- Define and track adoption KPIs, success metrics, and behavioral outcomes to measure impact
- Identify and mitigate change risks to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption
Adoption & Enablement
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and enablement materials tailored to diverse stakeholder groups
- Drive user adoption across new systems, tools, and operating models
- Partner with business and technology teams to embed change into day-to-day operations
- Support cultural and behavioral change initiatives aligned to transformation goals
Client & Engagement Leadership
- Manage multi-workstream consulting engagements, overseeing teams, timelines, and deliverables
- Serve as a day-to-day client lead, engaging stakeholders across R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Operations
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making
- Translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, actionable, executive-ready recommendations
Team Development & Firm Growth
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing coaching and quality oversight
- Contribute to business development, proposal development, and account expansion
- Support service line growth through development of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- 4–10 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or Adoption within life sciences or consulting
- Consulting experience strongly preferred, particularly from Big 4 or top-tier firms
- Proven experience leading change workstreams for digital, data, or operating model transformations
- Strong understanding of life sciences business functions (R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, or Operations)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
- Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) preferred
- Excellent client-facing, storytelling, and executive communication skills
- Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programs
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives (e.g., CRM, data platforms, AI tools) preferred
- Track record of contributing to business development or account growth preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred
**The base salary range for this role is $110,000–$140,000. **

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
