Laboratory Technician
BioXRG is a fast-growing startup that made first sales in 2025 with an innovative fertilizer product designed to push the boundaries of sustainable agriculture.

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician to work under the supervision of our Laboratory Manager and Quality Control Specialist. This is not an entry-level position; candidates must demonstrate substantial experience in following analytical procedures and handling chemicals safely and accurately. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze samples using state-of-the-art analytical instrumentation.
- Maintain precise, detailed, and organized laboratory records.
- Perform routine laboratory upkeep, including cleaning and equipment maintenance.
- Support developmental projects under the guidance of engineers and chemists
- Collaborate with the production operations team to obtain and process samples.
- BioXRG is a start-up company with minimum structures requiring all personnel to be flexible and willing to execute tasks not directly related to their position description.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in an industrial or research laboratory setting with a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Strong self-discipline.
- Ability to pay high attention to details.
- Basic Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic math skills for calculations related to sample preparation or data analysis.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in chemical technology, laboratory science or similar.
- Experience in operating and maintaining one of the following analytical instruments: HPLC, GC, ICP.
