Position Overview

The Product Designer brings concepts and ideas to life! Driven by a passion for trend and innovation, they research, ideate, and create concepts for licensed Home Décor, Gifting, Tabletop, Kitchen & Hydration. They use visual presentation tools to share their ideas with peers, clients, development partners and customers. By leveraging their influence and product knowledge, they build consensus and bring new and unique styles to the marketplace every day.

• esDefine product goals with design management, peers, clients, customers, and manufacturing partners(stakeholders

• y.Stay on top of product, licensed and pop culture trends. Understand timing and integrate into product concepts and design
• s.Address and manage feedback from all stakeholders. Develop design solutions which accommodate best intent while maintaining the integrity of the desig
• n.Develop accurate tech packs, with clear communication on sample expectation
• s.Review and comment on all product samples, updating specs and instructions as needed to meet final product expectation
