The Marketplace Sales Manager is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision across assigned online marketplace accounts. This role drives sustainable revenue growth, share expansion, and brand elevation within third-party marketplace ecosystems through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and high-impact partnerships.
This leader translates corporate objectives into actionable marketplace strategies, builds scalable processes, and strengthens the company’s position as a best-in-class partner across key online marketplace platforms.
*Position will work from our office in Irving, TX.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short and long-term marketplace growth strategies aligned with company and division objectives
- Identify white space opportunities, category expansions, and platform growth initiatives to drive incremental revenue
- Partner with Senior Leadership to provide strategic recommendations on marketplace investments, channel prioritization, and resource allocation
- Oversee pricing and FBA inventory flow to ensure margins and turnover rates meet targets
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to maximize revenue
- Translate insights into actionable initiatives that improve revenue, sell-through and profitability
- Analyze competitive trends, ranking performance, and platform dynamics to maintain market leadership
- Partner with key brand stakeholders including Disney, Warner Bros, and Paramount to align marketplace execution with brand standards and licensing requirements
- Build and manage strategic relationships with major marketplace partners, including Amazon

- Lead and develop a high-performing marketplace team with clear KPIs and accountability
- Establish performance benchmarks and operational processes to drive consistent execution
Qualifications
- Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities
- 5 years of marketplace leadership experience
- Direct experience managing Amazon and other major marketplaces preferred
- Deep knowledge of marketplace platform capabilities and business levers
- Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
- Ability to influence and interact with senior management
- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
