Data Transformation Analyst (Early Career)

What You'll Learn

• Participate in technology evaluations, pilot programs, and system improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges
• Support projects that improve financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Learn how finance, technology, and business strategy work together in a fast-growing consumer products company

What We're Looking For

We're looking for potential—not years of experience.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are graduating soon or have graduated within the last two years
• Have (or are pursuing) a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Love solving complex problems
• Enjoy working with data and technology
• Are curious about AI and emerging business technologies
• Communicate well and enjoy collaborating with others
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Experience with Excel is expected. Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other business intelligence tools is a plus—but not required. We'll help you continue developing these skills.
