We are looking for a part-time Administrative Office Assistant to join our Dispatch Team!
BioTrans LLC is a global logistics provider specializing in cold chain transportation, technology and infrastructure for the life sciences industry.
Shift: Mon, Tues, Weds. Thurs. 9-4 pm
Job Highlights: Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently, multi-tasking in a fast-paced office setting, working independently without direct supervision to accomplish goals, Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances.
Minimal Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communications skills (i.e., conversation skills and writing skills)
- Good phone personality, ability to represent our company when dealing with information gathering.
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to Type 30 WPM
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite - Experience in Excel a MUST
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
