Position Summary
This role leads pricing processes, contract implementation, and generation of business insights across Health Systems, GPOs and Private Equity owned Management Service Organizations. Provides Sales Operations support, including analytics and contract management, for BioTissue® Ocular and Surgical to support Corporate Partnerships performance goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage lifecycle of Corporate Partnerships contracts, including preparation, approvals, and updates.
- Develop business performance reports and insights.
- Collaborate across Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Sales for RFPs and pricing decisions.
- Lead pricing processes, improve efficiencies, and ensure compliance.
- Execute National and Local contracts, analyze pricing impact, and update systems.
- Provide analytics for pricing exceptions and maintain contract compliance.
- Prepare pricing impact analyses and Buying Group reporting.
- Maintain and improve administrative forms and digital workflows.
- Train new sales hires on pricing systems and Corporate Partnerships processes.
- Approve/validate Buying Group account activation and ensure proper system alignment.
- Maintain Health System, MSO and Buying Group rosters.

Position Expertise/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field (required).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (preferred).
- 3 years using CRM data to create reports/dashboards.
- 3 years in sales, sales support, marketing, commercial operations, pricing or analytics roles.
- 2 years in Healthcare National Accounts, marketing, Commercial Operations or Pricing Analysis
- 2 years documenting and analyzing processes.
- Familiarity/past work utilizing ECRI, PowerBI, Definitive and AcquityMD a plus
