Your responsibilities as the Product Development Specialist will include:
- Develop and optimize dietary supplement formulations, including ingredient selection, cost analysis, and pricing strategies aligned with nutraceutical industry standards
- Coordinate product development processes, including lab-scale batching, pilot production, and cross-functional collaboration with QA/QC, manufacturing, and packaging teams
- Ensure FDA compliance and GMP adherence by managing labeling requirements, ingredient validation, and regulatory documentation for dietary supplements
- Conduct ingredient research for safety, efficacy, and quality, supporting raw material qualification and product specification development
