Client service representative/Medical scanner opportunity at Biotech Clinical Laboratory- Full-Time, Morning shift
Responsibilities:
- Detailed oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills to scan and store image and text files within the document management system file structure
- Answering the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
- Employ excellent oral communication and customer service skills with teammates and physician offices.
- Filing, copy, print and scan records.
Requirements:
- Must have strong work ethic, reliability, excellent phone skills, friendliness and be a good team player.
- Have knowledge of medical terminology.
- Flexible and able to work in a high volume/fast paced environment.
- Multi-tasking
- Medical scanning experience or a minimum of one year work experience in a medical office setting.
This position is Monday - Friday 7:00 or 8:00 am start time (8hr shift), alternating Saturday's
