Join our founding team

This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity. As one of the first people through the door, you'll help build our Houston presence from the start: shaping the client base, the culture and the direction of the office. The earliest joiners in a new office are the ones who grow with it, and that's the opportunity here.

You won't be starting from scratch, though. You'll have the brand, infrastructure, client relationships and leadership of an established international group behind you from day one.

You won't be catching up here. You'll be joining ahead of the curve.

The market you'll operate in

You'll work across specialisms including:

→ Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals

→ Research & Development

→ Clinical, Regulatory, Medical & Drug Safety

→ Quality, Validation & CQV

→ Engineering (process, automation, mechanical, electrical, project)

→ Manufacturing and Operations (production, supply chain, EHS, plant leadership)

→ Data Science & AI

→ Commercial

You'll have the scope to build across the wider life sciences, engineering and manufacturing landscape, rather than being confined to one lane, and to work alongside our established teams to open doors nationally.

What you'll be doing

→ Owning and growing your market, with full 360 responsibility

→ Winning new clients and building relationships across Houston's life sciences, engineering and manufacturing sectors, and the wider US market

→ Headhunting and engaging high-calibre scientific, clinical, engineering and technical talent in competitive, specialist areas

→ Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent availability, compensation and market trends

→ Helping shape the culture, ways of working and growth of our Houston office

→ Building a long-term, sustainable desk rather than chasing quick wins
