The Opportunity
- We’re hiring Business developers, 360 recruiters and Account Managers to join our high-performing Boston office.
- This is a client-facing, 360 recruitment role, giving you ownership of your market. You’ll be responsible for developing your own business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering best-in-class talent solutions to life sciences companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development, client management, and land/expand strategies
- Source and headhunt top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and specialist pharma channels
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and CV submission to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Organise interviews, gather feedback, and provide consultative, value-led advice to clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Bullhorn (ATS)
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships across your network
What We’re Looking For
- Proven, consistent billing record in a 360 recruitment role
- Strong business development skills with a confident, consultative approach
- Life Sciences market experience is a plus, but not essential if you are eager to learn
- Ability to build rapport, problem-solve, and thrive under pressure
- Self-starter mentality with ambition, optimism, and natural leadership qualities
- Results-driven, financially motivated, and committed to delivering excellence
- Organised, punctual, and dedicated to high standards of work
