As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, you will play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while supporting daily front desk and administrative operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers professionally
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general enquiries
- Manage check-ins, appointments, and visitor records
- Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate departments
Administrative Support
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general office tasks
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area at all times
Office Operations
- Support daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Monitor office supplies and report inventory needs
- Follow company procedures, confidentiality, and security protocols
Skills & Qualifications

Schedule & Working Hours
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Typical working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Occasional weekend coverage may be required based on business needs
