Discover Your Role
- Design, execute, and troubleshoot LC-MS and HPLC methods for analytical characterization and bioanalytical quantification.
- Support bioconjugates, monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, oligonucleotides, and biomarker programs.
- Perform sample preparation using LLE, SPE, affinity capture, enzymatic digestion, and homogenization techniques.
- Operate LC-MS/MS workflows from instrument setup through data analysis.
- Analyze results, summarize findings, recommend next steps, and present data internally.
- Document experiments, methods, and results in electronic lab notebooks and support SOP development.
- Evaluate new platforms, workflows, and automation to improve throughput and robustness.
- You adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
- BS or MS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant scientific environment.
- Experience with liquid chromatography and/or mass spectrometry methods.
- Ability to execute, qualify, optimize, and troubleshoot analytical methods.
- Hands-on experience with sample preparation techniques, including LLE, SPE, affinity capture, enzymatic digestion, and homogenization.
- Experience supporting bioanalysis of small molecules, oligonucleotides, biomarkers, or biotherapeutics using LC-MS-based approaches.
- Experience maintaining laboratory documentation, electronic lab notebooks, and method records.
- Automation platform experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, technical communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively across functions.
