About The Job
As Operational Excellence Associate VIE within our Operational Excellence & Performance youll work closely with The Operational Excellence (OpEx) staff, engineers, and the compliance team to help solve manufacturing and facility related issues in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. You will support the biologics business unit ensuring continued delivery of high-quality products to patients.

Main Responsibilities
- Support teams in Kaizen and continuous improvement exercises.
- Support Value Stream Mapping, 5S and other operational excellence activities.
- Compile, analyze and format data for routine use in decision making and performance management.
- Build databases and digital tools to support operational excellence.
- Support supply chain robustness and continuous improvement activities.
- Review and analyze technical drawings and procedures.
- Investigate material and equipment failures.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Must have ability to get gowned and access good manufacturing practices (GMP) area and be autonomous.
About you
- 1-2 years in a similar role would be a plus.
- Ability to read, write and hold sensitive conversations in English.
- Strong Computer Skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI is required.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-starter capable of working in a high paced environment.
- Enjoy hands-on work and interest in all things mechanical and automated.
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) / engineering (Preference is Chemical, Mechanical, Computer System, Electrical) or Operational Excellence.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
