The Strategy and Operations Office is growing to support the transformation of operations, enterprise programs, and leadership experiences across Specialty Care North America. This role will work closely with Strategy & Operations team serving as a key execution and program delivery partner across internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
This position is execution-focused by design, with responsibility for overseeing program logistics, vendor coordination, and operational delivery while supporting broader program management and cross-functional initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
Program Execution & Logistics Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day execution and logistics for major SPC NA initiatives, including leadership meetings and enterprise programs (e.g., 128 Summit, POA (Plan of Action), Circle of Excellence)
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for external vendors (production, AV, travel, hotels), ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to support seamless program execution
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate appropriately with recommendations
- Support on-site execution, including run-of-show coordination and issue management
- Manage budget tracking, purchase orders, invoice processing, and reconciliation in partnership with Finance and vendors
- Translate strategic direction into detailed execution plans, project timelines, and workback schedules
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and status updates across multiple workstreams
- Collect, organize, and maintain program assets (scripts, bios, decks, visuals) and manage deliverable trackers
- Prepare materials and updates for leadership reviews and internal checkpoints
- Track decisions, action items, and follow-ups to ensure accountability across teams
- Support enterprise recognition and incentive programs in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Assist with culture, engagement, and leadership communications initiatives tied to SPC NA programs
- Partner with internal teams to support operational improvements and enterprise initiatives as needed
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve program delivery and day-to-day operations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- 6 years of experience in program management, operations, events, or a related field (pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred)
- Experience managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and external vendors
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in budget management and financial tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise-level programs
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial operations
- Experience with collaboration and project management tools
- Experience with process improvement or operational excellence methodologies
- Exposure to digital tools, automation, or AI-enabled workflows in support of program management or operations a plus
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented
- Strong judgment and ability to operate with discretion
- Ability to anticipate needs and escalate thoughtfully
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Approximately 1015% domestic travel, with increased frequency during major program execution periods (e.g., site visits and on-site meetings).
- This position may require extended periods at a computer workstation and occasional physical activity during on-site program execution, including standing, walking, and coordination across venues
