Job Description

Hours/Shift:6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Rotating Shift - 4 days on/4 days off

Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains l0wer-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.

Responsibilities

List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope.

• Adhere to Abbvies code of conduct Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
• Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis Capable of training others on tasks. Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows) Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks
• Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
• Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
  
  
  

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 10 yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5 yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3 yrs. Experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions. CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools) Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
