Job Description
An HR Systems Analyst specializing in UKG or Workdayacts as a technical bridge between Human Resources and Information Technology, responsible for the configuration, maintenance, reporting, and optimization of HR Information Systems (HRIS). This role ensures that workforce datacovering payroll, time tracking, benefits, and talent managementis accurate, secure, and fully utilized.
Responsibilities
- System Administration & Configuration:Serve as the primary administrator for UKG Pro/Dimensions and/or Workday, configuring business processes, security roles, and workflows.
- Integration Support:Monitor and manage data feeds/integrationspertain to Time and Absenceensuring seamless data flow between payroll, timekeeping, and HR system.
- ContinuousImprovement & Optimization: Understand current business processes to identify improvements, implementing new features to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- User Support:Providetimelytechnical support to end-users,ensure adherence to AbbVie System Life Cycle (SLC) process, and resolve system-related inquires or issues efficiently.
Required
- Bachelors Degree with 2 years of experience OR Masters and no experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with variety of stakeholders (business andtechnicalbusiness partners as well as end-user)
- Strong technical background in enterprise applications, HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, workforce systems, or related business systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and translate business needs into system solutions
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, integrations, configuration, or application support
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently
- Experience supporting end users in a production environment
- Experience with UKG, Kronos, Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms
- Experience with XML, XSLT, WebServices, Dell Boomi
- Familiarity with time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, or payroll processes
- Experience in a global or multi-site operational environment
