We are entering a new phase of DTC growth in the U.S. and are bringing paid media fully in-house. This role is critical to scaling our Ecommerce channel profitably and building a high-performing acquisition engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google
- Support creative testing for ads, audiences, and offers
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with reporting on key ecommerce metrics such as ROAS and CPA
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, ad formats, and platform updates
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and designer on creative ideas and testing
- Analyze ad creatives and help identify what performs best
- Contribute new ideas for hooks, formats, and creative concepts
The Role
We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Buyer to support and grow our paid acquisition efforts across TikTok, Meta, and Google, with a strong emphasis on TikTok.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is eager to grow in performance marketing, understands digital advertising fundamentals, and is excited by creative testing, platform trends, and ecommerce growth.
You will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and graphic designer to help manage campaigns, analyze performance, test creatives, and contribute to the overall paid media strategy.
This is a part-time position (20h/week).
- 1–3 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or ecommerce marketing
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and/or Google Ads
- Strong interest in DTC ecommerce and digital growth marketing
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- Proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or supplements is a plus
