Qualifications
- PhD, MD, or equivalent degree in a scientific discipline relevant to proteomics (e.g., biochemistry, chemistry, biology, pharmacology, clinical sciences), or comparable professional expertise.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments, with deep focus on proteomics-driven mass spectrometry applications.
- More than 10 years of leadership experience overseeing scientific teams, complex research programs, and client deliverables.
- Direct experience managing external collaborations or client projects, with responsibility for scoping, timelines, budgets, and communication of results.
- Extensive hands-on expertise with proteomics workflows, including sample preparation, LC-MS/MS operation, and computational data analysis.
- Proven track record leading large-scale proteomics studies, applying quantitative mass spectrometry to biological and clinical research questions.
