QC Analyst – Microbiology (Contract) – BioPhaseLocation: San Diego, CAAssignment: 4-month contractPay: $33–35/hrSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pmAbout the RoleOur client’s Quality Control team is seeking a Microbiology QC Analyst to support critical testing activities in a GMP environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in microbiology who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated lab setting.What You’ll DoPerform microbiology QC testing on in-process, release, and stability samplesConduct environmental monitoring and aseptic technique assessmentsMaintain accurate records to ensure compliance with GMP requirementsAssist with investigations, deviations, and lab support activitiesCollaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to maintain quality standardsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field2 years of industry QC laboratory experience in microbiology (GMP environment strongly preferred)Hands-on experience with microbial techniques (bioburden, endotoxin, sterility, environmental monitoring, etc.)Knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom practicesFamiliarity with deviations, CAPA, and GMP documentation practicesStrong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently
