We are seeking Manufacturing Technicians with strong late‑stage manufacturing floor experience in a cGMP environment. This role supports routine production activities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform late‑stage manufacturing operations following cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Operate, monitor, and clean production equipment.
- Complete batch records and documentation according to GDP standards.
- Support material handling, line changeovers, and in‑process checks.
- Report deviations and assist in troubleshooting routine issues.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain efficient production flow.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements at all times.
- Previous experience as a Manufacturing Technician or similar role in a cGMP environment.
- Hands‑on experience with late‑stage floor operations.
- Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulated procedures.
- High school diploma required; technical certificate or degree preferred.
- Experience with electronic batch records or GMP documentation systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, highly regulated environments.
