We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to be responsible for the efficient and complaint handling of materials within a GMP-regulated warehouse environment. This role supports receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Following established Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Protocols
- Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
- Labeling every product and storing in determined locations
- Processing material requests and work orders
- Performing cycle counts
- Packaging and processing outbound shipments
- Delivery of material using van and truck
- Operation of material handling equipment, including forklift, pallet jack
- Maintaining accurate records with proper documentation
- Communication with internal departments to research and resolve issues/discrepancies
- This position requires work in a warehouse. The role requires walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 40 pounds independently.
- Minimal access to cold and freezer rooms and material required, utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse/material handling environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Data entry, math and computer skills with ERP experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to be flexible with work hours
