This role combines phlebotomy, clinical support, IV therapy assistance, and patient experience in a fast-paced concierge environment. You will work closely with providers to deliver high-quality care while helping create a polished, welcoming experience for every patient.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture, blood draws, specimen processing, and IV placements with precision and professionalism
- Obtain and document vital signs, patient histories, and clinical information accurately
- Assist providers with wellness, hormone, weight loss, and aesthetic procedures
- Support patient follow-up, lab coordination, inventory management, and clinical workflows
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment using proper aseptic technique and infection-control standards
- Deliver exceptional patient service with strong communication and attention to detail
Qualifications
- STRONG experience in phlebotomy and medical assisting a MUST
- Strong venipuncture and IV placement skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced concierge wellness and aesthetics setting
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
- Familiarity with EMR systems, medical terminology, and laboratory procedures preferred
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and communication abilities
