Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to support our customer service operations and work closely with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers, and helping ensure a smooth order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
- Maintain accurate customer account information and records.
- Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, shipping status, product availability, and account inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in maintaining product information and system data to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor customer orders and shipments, providing updates and resolving routine issues as needed.
- Assist with tracking inbound shipments and supporting import documentation requirements.
- Work with delivery providers, including FedEx, to help resolve shipping and delivery issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to support customer needs and operational efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate complex customer concerns, shipping issues, or account matters to management when appropriate.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities for enhanced customer service.
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service, order processing, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience working with ERP systems preferred; Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience is a plus.

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with shipping carriers such as FedEx.
- Knowledge of inventory, warehouse, or distribution operations.
- Exposure to international shipping or customs documentation.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
