Position Overview

As our mission-critical and data center construction portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager who possesses deep technical expertise, disciplines project execution, and steady leadership.

This project-based role will support a major data center build and offers the potential to transition into a long-term position as our project pipeline grows. This is a high-visibility role for an experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced, precision-driven environments and understands the demands of mission‑critical infrastructure

You’ll play a key role in leading complex electrical scopes, working alongside experienced teams, and delivering projects where safety, precision, coordination, and accountability are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of electrical construction on a large-scale data center project, from preconstruction through closeout
• Direct project documentation, manage budgets, schedules, and forecasting to drive strong project performance
• Monitor and manage project financial performance, including forecasting cost to complete, ensuring accurate billing relative to project progress, and overseeing the change order process.
• Monitor project performance with respect to quality versus specifications, progress versus schedule, and cost versus budget
• Coordinate and communicate with field leadership, safety teams, subcontractors, vendors, and general contractors
• Support procurement and planning for critical equipment and long-lead materials
• Maintain a relentless focus on safety, quality, and productivity
• Proactively identify risks and constraints and collaborate across teams to implement solutions and keep the project moving forward
• Act as a senior leader and escalation point for complex technical issues and project challenges, driving timely resolution and decision-making.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success managing electrical construction projects at scale
• Data center or mission-critical experience is required
• Strong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, switchgear, and backup systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and partners
• Organized, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach to managing complex projects
