What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at BioMechanic Physical Therapy?
Benefits:
If a new patient tells you, “I’ve been to three doctors and two physical therapists and nobody has been able to figure this out,” and a little part of you thinks, “Good. This is going to be interesting,” you may be exactly the PT we’re looking for.
At BioMechanic Physical Therapy, we believe great physical therapy starts with curiosity.
We want to understand why a patient hurts, why they aren't moving the way they should, and what is actually keeping them from getting better. Our philosophy has always been to go beyond the symptoms to find and treat the source of the problem.
Come practice PT the way you thought PT was supposed to be practiced.
If you're a curious clinician who wants more tools at your disposal, you'll have them here.
We combine excellent hands-on physical therapy with an unusually broad range of treatment technology and resources. Depending on the patient, that can include advanced laser therapy, shockwave, iontophoresis and other technologies alongside manual therapy, exercise and good old-fashioned clinical reasoning.
We aren't interested in using technology just because we own it. We want our therapists to have more options when the obvious answer isn't working.
And you'll have access to expertise.
Our clinicians have different strengths and decades of experience to draw from. We like discussing interesting cases, comparing ideas and asking each other, “What do you think I'm missing?”
Experienced therapists don't need someone hovering over them. They do appreciate having smart people around them when they want another set of eyes.
Who will love working here?
Probably the PT who:
We're looking for someone who sees an unusual presentation and wants to understand it—not simply move the patient through a predetermined treatment plan.

If this sounds like the reason you became a physical therapist in the first place, we'd really like to meet you.
