Medical Receptionist / Physical Therapy

BioMechanic Physical Therapy is seeking a new addition to our Leesburg Virginia based reception team! We are a 100% Physical Therapist owned practice with a unique focus on biomechanics through creative problem-solving, skilled manual therapy, and use of the latest and proven technologies. This is a great opportunity for experienced receptionists.Job-Type: Part-time 25-30 hours per week.Schedule: Flexible afternoon-evening Monday through Friday.Compensation:$17-$21 per hour, commensurate with experience.Duties include:Getting to know our patients!Scheduling appointmentsAnswering callsFollowing up with patientsMaintaining insurance information and communicating with physiciansRunning the show at the front deskRequired Skills and Qualifications:Detail OrientedHigh EnergyAbility to multi taskExcellent Interpersonal SkillsKnowledge of EMR systemWe are seeking a candidate with experience, but we are willing to train the right applicant.The therapists at BioMechanic Physical Therapy all believe in treating the source of the pain and the symptoms, not just the symptoms.
