Summary:
As a Brand Ambassador, you are the face of our brand within the department store. You are responsible for delivering exceptional service, providing personalized skincare consultations, and representing the brand with grace, passion, and expertise. Your ability to build lasting relationships, educate clients, and embody the brand ethos plays a vital role in cultivating loyalty and driving retail success.Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Clienteling
- Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through strong product knowledge, storytelling, and a consultative approach.- Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-up communication, appointment setting, and client recordkeeping.
- Drive traffic and conversions during events, promotions, and new product launches.
- Proactively invite clients back for treatments, updates, and personalized product experiences.
Client Experience & Skincare Expertise
- Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and luxurious experience from the first interaction.- Conduct in-depth skincare consultations and recommend tailored regimens based on client needs and lifestyle.
- Demonstrate product benefits with expert technique and confidence, always aligning with the brand’s elevated standards.
- Offer mini-facials, product applications, and follow-up touchpoints to deepen engagement.
Brand Representation & Merchandising
- Uphold the visual presentation and cleanliness of the counter in accordance with brand and department store standards.- Ensure testers are well-maintained and display units are always stocked and organized.
- Wear brand wardrobe and maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the luxury positioning of the brand.
Collaboration & Operations
- Support spa or treatment room operations if applicable, coordinating with estheticians and counter leadership.- Maintain accurate records of appointments, transactions, and client notes using point-of-sale and CRM systems.
- Participate in trainings, briefings, and team meetings to stay informed and aligned on product launches and performance goals.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or skincare environment- Strong knowledge of skincare, ingredients, and product performance
- Passion for client service, personal wellness, and luxury beauty
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
