Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records
- Handle correspondence via email and phone, ensuring professionalism and proper etiquette
- Support office management tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining supplies
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks including basic invoicing and record keeping
- Support administrative functions like managing appointments, and supporting customer support needs
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional environment
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs
- Previous office or clerical experience preferred, including administrative support or medical/dental receptionist roles
