The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. As a Medical Screener, you will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations.
You will answer phones, greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team. You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Use your customer service skills to create a positive experience for our donors
- Perform phlebotomy and ensure the quality of the collected plasma
- Help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes
Salary : $33,000 - $66,000
