Key Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively across the country managing high-volume blood plasma collection facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Cultivate a positive environment, motivate teams, and provide employee feedback.
- Negotiate and build relationships with senior management to drive business objectives.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel and work at various locations.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
