Job Summary
We’re seeking a Territory Manager based in the Pacific Northwest area to drive sales of our cutting-edge dental laser systems. You’ll manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with dental professionals, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and supporting clients through the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Biolase to prospective and existing customers within your assigned territory
- Drive sales by cold calling, networking, and following up on leads
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and consultations
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales to support the sales funnel
- Enter customer interactions and activity updates into CRM (Salesforce)
- Attend trade shows and events to represent Biolase
- Master the total-office sales process, from demo to post-sale support
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction post-installation
- Train new users on proper product usage and safety
- Submit timely sales reports and expense documentation
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in capital equipment, dental, or medical devices
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Willing to travel extensively within the Pacific Northwest territory
